Wild Oats CEO Perry Odak, whose current contract expires March 19, 2007 will not have his contract renewed, the company stated in a regulatory filing this week.
Despite statements to the contrary in a July conference call NBN sees this move as a clear indication that things are changing at the number two natural retailer, as the new investors consolidate their VC heavy grip on the always ailing Wild Oats.
